Host, an employee. Achieves: the reply reaches the visitor, and an alert no one answers goes on to the backup host and the office manager.

The host invites a visitor and picks the language of its messages. They name a delegate, if they have one, who is told of the Visit.

The Invite goes to the visitor by email with its code, and the host sees it sent.

When the visitor signs in, the Host alert reaches the host with the visitor's photo, and the delegate is told.

They reply "On my way"; the reply is bound to the Visit, and the visitor sees it.

They do not reply. The alert goes on to their backup host and the office manager.

A visitor still on site after the Location's set time is reported to the host, or to the office manager, with a one-tap sign-out.
