Employee. Achieves: they are on the On-site list when they arrive, their Booking is checked in for the day, and a Room shown free at its door can be booked there.

On arrival they check in on their phone, by scanning the Desk's QR code, from a Slack or Teams reminder, or at the entrance from the Entrance code. The check-in puts them Present on the On-site list and checks in their Booking for the day.
